What is included
One monthly figure. No surprises in it.
A company vehicle usually arrives with a queue of small obligations attached. Servicing that slips, a registration that lapses, an insurer to argue with, a car off the road in the worst week. All of it is on our side of the line.

Maintenance and repair
Preventive maintenance runs on the manufacturer's schedule, not on whoever remembers. Repairs from normal wear are ours, and a vehicle checklist is completed before every dispatch.

A replacement, immediately
If a unit is in for service or off the road, an equivalent vehicle takes its place. Your people should never learn that a car is being repaired.

Insurance and registration
Comprehensive cover for driver and passengers, and annual LTO registration handled on our side. No renewal notices reach your administration team.

Unlimited distance
No mileage tiers and no excess-distance charges. A plant visit in another province costs the same as a run across the city.

Screened, licensed and managed by us. Nothing for you to arrange.

From first enquiry to renewal.
Nothing here is unusual. It is written down so you can see where the work sits and what you will be asked for.

Requirement
Tell us how many vehicles, what they are for, where they will be based and when you need them. We come back with a written quotation.

Acquisition
If the unit you need is not already in our fleet, we buy it for your contract. You specify the vehicle rather than choosing from what happens to be free.

Assignment
Where a driver is included, screening and clearances are completed before the first day. The same driver stays with your account.
- 04
In service
Servicing, insurance, registration and replacement units are handled without you asking. Billing arrives on a fixed cycle with proper documentation.

Renewal or replacement
Toward the end of the term you can renew, replace the unit with a newer one, or return it. We raise the conversation before you have to.
Fleet
Say what you need. We will get it.
Twelve vehicles on the road today, so a replacement is never far away. If the one you want is not among them, we buy it for your contract rather than talk you into the nearest thing.
